This DVD starts off with some photoshooting and then progresses into a very calm and relaxed insight into the thoughts of Natsuyaki Miyabi with a general interview of her personal and Berryz Koubou life.

She shows a very candid side to herself and even gives us her own views of the clothes she wears for the photo shoot.

If you’re a Miyabi fan, this is probably one of the best things you’ll be able to find where she’s on her own and talking about various different things.
