Just thought to sorta hit on the Performances as we’ve done quite some amount of PV’s.

Here is the first of the three, there will be a slight trend, so let’s see if anyone will get it when they are all released.

This is Takahashi’s perf. of Cosmos, a very soothing song and the effects compliment it perfectly.

Do pay attention to the Effects, and see if you can somehow tie them into the next release as there is a subtle theme between this and the next release ^^

Dear Readers,

Here is a performance by Matsuura Aya from her FC Event ’08.

Very soothing tune and the effects match it just as well. The sparkle to the musical notes all fit to the song.

As you can see, we are starting to do a few more performances. But we will get back to trying to catch up with the PV’s as soon as we can.

Given that some Perf’s/PV’s come with instant ideas of effects more than others.

Petitmoni V – Pira!Otome no Negai (H!P ‘09 Summer Kakumei Gannen ~Hello! Champloo~)

Seriously got to love extremely long concert names.

This is an awesome performance, despite MaiMai missing due to being sick?

Anyway, I’ll be bias =), love this performance for Nakajima Saki.

Not just that, the tune is extremely catchy! I mean how can you not get addicted to hearing the pirapepeirpeoreiporeiporeipreo’s =P

More or less, you can tell both Nakajima and Mano are enjoying themselves greatly, which is always a plus!

The dance is just funny and entertaining to watch.

Effects are quick just like the song itself, and I’m sure you can all tell where the colors came from ^^

Subtle, but if you look at the colors, they do match up to the individual’s clothing.

Got to love near the end when you see Nakajima do her best to get those last pirapiropiearipaipripa’s.

Is there much to explain about her? Her PV’s are calm and simple.

To accompany that, the effects are just that, just manipulation of the soothing tone and polka dots.

The other plus side of her PV’s, the filesize’s tend to be quite small, but that’s simply because not much is going on in her PV’s.

Hey Readers,

We’ve had Kusumi Koharu – Graduation Memorial DVD prepped for quite some time, but don’t think we’ll be able to complete it due to lack of translators…

It is all ‘done’ with roughly 15ish minutes translated, but moving at a very slow pace as the initial translator is too busy.

So just thought I’d make a post on the status of it, and see if there might be any one / group that might want to help us out on this. As again, the project is completed, just needs a majority of the translations to be completed.

Status on the MM AX DVD Live, I’d say we should HOPEFULLY have it done in March, as currently the last 30ish minutes or so need to be completed, and then run the entire thing through another Translation Check.

Starts off with a skit of picking friends, one has a helicopter!!!

Then we get a promotion of their HELP!! Musical.

Afterward, we turn to whom you would pick to hang out with on your day off between Kaori and Yaguchi. Hilarious answers, but what can you expect, it’s Kaori after all.

Then we switch over to the Restaurant and watch the Ganko family enjoy their first meal of STEAK!!!

Next up is, whom would you want as your girlfriend, and your options are… Kago and Tsuji. Just have to see what questions they are asked.

Up next is MiniMoni. Four Kyu-san where we get to learn what they put into the ice-cream.

Last up is HPW, where Nakazawa is “praised” as well as hear about Makoto’s awesome story.

And this one is a good one, the styling matches the PV perfectly.

Coloring suits it well as it’s playful just like the opening title.

At the end, the way Momoko is waving is just over the top and hilarious.

C-ute’s 11th Single!

What is there to say? The release title says it all.
This is purely Suzuki Airi Ft. C-ute.

Tomo-chan surprised me with this one, as she said she would go lightly on the effects, but hmm well you’ll see.

Good manipulations of the background stuff, the spotlights.

Got to love the Shock! part though, added a bit of “umph” for those words, and I think it turned out looking great.

Anyone else getting that 007 vibe from the intro?

This is in hopes that the next single isn’t another Suzuki Airi Ft. Cute.

As much as I like her, don’t like it when she gets all the lines =P

An ICU-Subs & Hello!Fansubs Inter-group Collaboration Project.

Hey, He-Hulk here.

I love poetry, and a glass of scotch, and, of course, I love Hello! Project fansubs. I’m sure you’re exactly like me (Except for the poetry and the scotch), so I bet when you see a new H!F release you’re excited, right? Sure you are. And, I bet you’re excited when you see a new ICU release, right? You betcha. So, what happens when you see that H!F and ICU did a project together…?

You very well might be freaking out now. Don’t worry, no one will blame you. This is kind of a big deal.

It’s always very interesting and insightful to see how another group works and compare it to how you choose to do projects. You might think that two groups (who do things differently) working together would lead to conflicts over project decisions, but this certainly was not the case. This project was about as smooth a bit of sailing as one could ask for. Both groups had a lot of fun working on this together, and that easily makes a project like this worth all the hard work and makes the fruits of that work twice as rewarding.

And now a few words about the release itself…

What we have here is a very special release. A fan club event release. A celebration of everyone’s favorite holiday, Christmas, with everyone’s favorite hyphenated idol group, C-ute. Now, you might be asking, “He-Hulk, why do a Christmas release now? Christmas is over.”
Well, my friend, I think the best way to explain it is to quote the immortal words of everyone’s favorite Van Halen lead vocalist, Gary Cherone:

“Christmas always goes too fast
It’s up to us make it last
And all I want for Christmas is C-ute”

Ok, I might be slightly paraphrasing the classic Extreme Christmas song, “Christmas Time Again,” but the point is still made. What is your favorite holiday? Christmas, of course. And what is your favorite thing ever? Cute idols, of course. So, if you could enjoy both of those things all year long, wouldn’t you be a fool not to do so? Yes. Yes you would be. And, not that we need another reason, but all C-ute fans of course remember that Maimi, Mai and Saki all were born in February, so, if you think about it, February, in a manner of speaking, is actually Christmas for C-ute fans.

The “Cutie Land” is Cute’s yearly FC event. It’s always a little bit of everything, and this year is no different. Part 1 is a 40 minute stage play. This performance is actually a sequel to C-ute’s very first stage play. 2007’s” Keru no wa C-ute.” Therefore, all the characters from that play are carried over to this play, and the storyline picks up where the previous play left off. It’s a FanClub exclusive treat for all of C-ute’s biggest fans. And, if you haven’t actually seen the first play, don’t worry; ICU and H!F have watched it and have your back. We’ve gone through this release and put in a few Editor’s Notes where needed to explain some of the background details of the first play, and, of course, made sure to notify you before hand if a note is going to be a really big spoiler to the events in the first play, just in case you ever want to watch it yourself. truthfully though, take note that the first play is three years old and has never been translated into English, so most of you probably won’t ever watch it, and therefore virtually no one should be worried about spoilers, anyway.

Next up in this release is the infamous counting of the fan vote for which C-ute skit would carry over into the future. The vote was between “Cutie Girls” “MC Chisa MC Kappa, and DJ MaiMai,” and a few other classic C-ute skits. I won’t spoil the results for you, but real fans actually did vote in this, and it means a lot to the girls to know which of their bits the fans like best, so it’s fun to watch, no doubt.

Finally, the video is rounded out with a C-ute mini live where all the girls dress up in the most awesome Santa Claus suits around. It’s a treat just to watch them perform for their biggest fans, and they give their all since events like these means a lot to them.

When you add everything together you have a jam packed 90 minutes of idol bliss. You can’t beat C-ute (don’t try!), and you definitely can’t beat C-ute doing a show for their Fan Club, since they are the queens of such events. And, when you combine it with Christmas, Santa suits, and C-ute’s biggest fans, you have a release that is definitely worthy of two fansub groups coming together to bring it all to you.

Hey everyone,

First off, it’s a new month, February!!!

And as you’ve noticed, H!F hasn’t released anything in quite some time.

We apologize for that, as we currently only have… I’ll say 1 translator aboard at the moment. So it isn’t like we can pump things out as often as we used to / other groups.

But rest assured, we will try to get things completed/ released soon… I hope =P

And hopefully it’ll be something that everyone can appreciate.

We again apologize for those thinking H!F might have crumbled or something due to lack of releases.

Just have patience and eventually H!F will come around again.

That’s all okay, as lately other groups have become much more active and providing superb subs for everyone’s enjoyment.

We are still working on the AX MM FC DVD, everything is completed and we are now slowly working on the Translations, so that will be out maybe within February?

^One can only hope, unless anyone is willing to help us out, as again, we only got 1 Translator working on it (Excluding the ones that worked on the TV Broadcast version)
